NettPortal Pay lets you collect online without your own Hubtel or Paystack API keys. Customers pay as usual; we keep 4%, and send 96% to your MoMo the next day (not instantly). Prefer your own keys? Use Direct Payment anytime.
Quick summary
Collect without your own API keys. You get 96% to MoMo the next day after the 4% fee. Only need your MoMo number, account name, and network.
Best if you already have Hubtel or Paystack business credentials. Money goes through yourmerchant account according to that provider's payout rules. You manage your own API keys in Payment Settings.
Example: a customer pays GHS 10.00 with NettPortal Pay.
Gross collected: GHS 10.00
NettPortal fee (4%): GHS 0.40
You receive (96%): GHS 9.60
Settlements are paid the next day (Africa/Accra) to the MoMo wallet you configured — not the same moment the customer pays.
NettPortal Pay is currently available for Ghana organizations. If your organization is outside Ghana, use Direct Payment with your own gateway keys.
After customers pay with NettPortal Pay, daily settlement batches appear under NettPortal Pay in your sidebar (payout history).
After a customer pays with NettPortal Pay, they still get the voucher SMS the same way as Direct Payment. SMS does not use Hubtel payment keys. It uses your Communication settings:
Make sure voucher purchase SMS is enabled and you have either credits or a working own SMS provider.
Online collections such as hotspot voucher purchases, captive portal payments, PPPoE online payments, and agent online purchases (where enabled) can use NettPortal Pay when it is turned on. Offline / cash sales are separate and are not paid out through this MoMo settlement.
Confirm your organization country is Ghana. Outside Ghana, use Direct Payment.
Settlements are next-day, not instant. Check NettPortal Paypayout history for yesterday's batch and status (pending / paid).
Update the MoMo details in Payment Settings immediately and save. Always double-check before saving — incorrect details can send funds to the wrong wallet.
Switch to Direct Payment in Payment Settings and enter your gateway credentials. New online payments will use your merchant account.
